Honestly, it's just a guy with a long list of felonies that probably shouldn't have been released on bail so easily. Violent offenses, sex trafficking. Bails don't make sense to me. I agree. Dark humor appreciated, yet it's tiresome defending people as being mentally insane so let us give that man another shot. As much as I love watching John Oliver I remember him doing a segment where they discussed the death penalty as inhumane. That we really needed to do better with our mental health education. Though I agree mental health should be taken into account, as one with blood relatives that have suffered such ailments, there really is only so much one can do. Personally I am for the death penalty going back to the firing squad. No hit or miss poison injection, no hang em high for show, or electric chair. One bullet between the eyes. You take a life, mental illness does not undo that. You have to be mental in the first place to kill unprovoked or for sport when it comes to these specific matters. When has sparing the life of a homicidal maniac ever worked out? If people who think like John Oliver really think we could do without the death penalty, then show me proof of it working out for the better. Cause stories like this keep piling up to suggest otherwise.

Im for the death penalty, jails are a waste and they just take people and make them even worse and they never will be normal humans. Some people just go back because they dont know anything else but prison life. And then keeping people like caged animals for what? Just get rid of them. But i think they need to do thorough investigations because people have been imprisoned wrongly. So if you kill an innocent man thats gonna suck.

Obviously the case for the death penalty would be for a well documented case. One that had been tried at the highest level. I reserve the death penalty for the matters of proven guilt by multiple courts. Also it can only be for murder not unintentional manslaughter.
