That's because they are disingenuous. They don't even bother to do their own research before foisting their beliefs on others. They just gobble down the quips from news outlets and spew them out, and it shows (on both sides). If you can't explain as of this moment how the mRNA vaccines function at a semi-technical level vs how vaccines are traditionally developed you have no place influencing anyone on the matter. The same is true for the process of clinical trials and what constitutes long-term risk data.

I still find it funny they boo'd trump when he said get vaxx'd ..im still lost at how his fanbase became anti vax when he was also the one taking credit for the vax originally. idk.

@momoichi the vaccine does not stop you from catching or spreading. The data supports that it helps mitigate developing severe symptoms (to a large degree). So the delta variant will spread regardless of if they get vaccinated or not.

Because they know, even if they trust trump you cant trust government. How many times have they wronged the people when it came to vaccine. But hey on the bright side, the covid vaccine somehow led to the HIV vaccine. Hurray now you can get ridbof an STD tho i mean it was sorta possible within 72 hours with medication weird how it wasnt a thing before.

Lmfao 100% for banning antivax because I WANT to go to england. I got my vaccine because i wanted to go to Mexico. Didnt even need it. I didnt even get sick. No one was even using masks but me.

@umi_nezumi it makes it so its harder for you to get and therefore spread. compare highly vaccinated area's with area's where no one is getting vaccinated https://image.cnbcfm.com/api/v1/image/106908525-1626180372026-20210713-thumb-J6YBS-low-vaccination-rates-elevated-case-counts.png?v=1626180385 https://www.cnbc.com/2021/07/13/covid-cases-rise-in-us-counties-with-low-vaccination-rates-as-delta-variant-spreads.html

@hell_hound7 yeah i wanna see my bf again after three fucking years apart and dumb fucks that arent vaccinated for stupid reasons might extend that time apart obviously death and illness are the worst aspect of this, but it also hurts to be separated from loved ones for so long. idiots were using this as a reason why 'we shouldnt social distance or do lockdowns uwu' but now its a dumb reason?
hell_hound7
Being vaccinated doesnt stop you from getting covid tho. What quantifies this data? Covid cases were soaring among people in Israel despite vaccination so they did a third shot. Thats a 3rd shot after 6 months. Thats not alot of time.

the source is the CDC my guy, click the link and see if they directly cite the research on the site and its just logical? someone unvaccinated is more likely to get covid, and therefore spread it. if they spread it to unvaccinated people than the numbers keep increasing i got JJ and that protects em 60% of the time. so i have a 60% chance of not catching it if im in contact with someone who has it. so if other people have JJ then they are 60% likely to not catch it at all, and 60% less likely to spread it as well by proxy. nonvaccinated people do not have this protection and are more vulnerable, so of course if more people catch it more will spread it but iv heard that the vaccinations get less protective every 2 months, so we'll all need booster shots (and before you say it, lots of vaccines need booster shots. you got them as a child. vulnerable people get flu shots every year. its normal.)
