Cuz that sounds a whole lot like racism. How did she benefit in anyway, shape or form just cuz she is white? You guys can tell me racism exists but there is no privilege to being white that shit doesnt exist its a privilege to have your freedoms its not a privilege to be of a skin color.

The main root of the problem is racism. Attacking other white people for being white is the dumbest thing i have heard. Making white people feel bad for being white, makes zero sense. They didnt do slavery in this day and age so why should they pay for it? When you define whiteness solely in the context of race, it makes no sense because there are seemingly too many "non-white white supremacists". The term "white privilege" is more so to discuss political and economic power with some relation to skin color, according to communist writer Noel Ignatiev, who wrote on the theories of "whiteness". A quote from him states, "whiteness has a lot in common with royalty: they are both social formations that carry unearned advantages." Thus it would be said that anyone who benefits from the existence of a capitalistic, monarchist, or other non-communist state is a "white". This is why Asians are grouped together with Caucasians when discussing "privilege" in the USA, as both races are perceived to have better treatment or success. Any race that succeeds within the system and does not work to destroy society is a "white" and is "racist" against those who are not "privileged" in society. You may have heard the phrase, "you can't simply be non-racist, you must be actively anti-racist". This is why you see the seemingly contradictory "whites that complain about white privilege". To them, they are "using their privilege" to "dismantle the systems of oppression" by becoming an active voice against it. To do otherwise would, to communists, be considered counter-revolutionary or supportive of the "systems of oppression". Of course, there are many neo-liberals who use the term superficially, but I think looking at it from it's origins provides better clarity to the term and makes more sense.
