Anyways, concerning Covid, my words have always been "We don't need to freak out or panic about this, but we should also take it seriously as well." Im not saying we ignore the virus obviously but yeah this isnt going away and panicking about it isnt helping. Or well i say its panicking but thats merely just fear mongering. Its unsafe for our youth in america to get learning but completely fine for infected to pour into our border. Unsafe for family to visit during holidays but absolutely ok for government officials to hold gatherings

Indeed, there is a difference between 'fear mongering' and being realistic. The latter is just saying "Hey, let's not get arrogant here, this is a situation that calls for more careful thinking. The right just wants to write it off so more people like us will die. < This how fear mongering works. Its one thing to say "Hey, I don't think our last president was very effective, he could have handled it a hell of a lot better" by looking at how other world leaders handled their problems. Its... Well, its like your boarder control comment. (Haha, nice try.) You see, I asserted a belief, not the factual data. Fear releases some addictive chemicals into our brain, and it's a big way how the alt right pipeline pulls people in. I'm going to show you an example of this. Here's one rabbit hole that is designed to throw the user into a panic. Every element of it is designed to compel you to keep watching, from the bait title to the flashy imagery. Now I will say, you aren't alt right. If anything, arguing with you is refreshing compared to how they manipulate information. But like the classic neocon, you try to assert yourself as right just because of what FEELS right to you. Ahh shit, Brb, I have a job interview to get ready for. There are certain people who don't give a fuck to the virus' gravity. In my country, in some rare sporadical cases, people are being arrested for violating safety measures and there are always the rabble complaining "muh dictatorship". Brazilians aren't obedient people, so this IS necessary. I am even more radical when it comes to that. The police should have full authority to arrest everyone or if they resist, fire rubber bullets on those who violate safety measures aka going to beach and such.

Unfortunately, the Right is composed of merely rabble in my country... At least the Left can lie and use them to their own agenda. And that's why they dominate the narrative and arts. My solution, keep them away and take their voting rights...

I am not afraid of this virus on the contrary. Im also not afraid of what this country COULD become. Because i know it wont happen. Its own citizens wont let it happen. I merely wish to spread the information circulating. The good the bad whatever. "the action of deliberately arousing public fear or alarm about a particular issue." Is what fear mongering means. What they did at the start of the pandemic saying "omg so much death, omg worst virus, omg this could wipe us out". That isnt the case. While the virus has a higher death count compared to other viruses. Or killed more people than actual wars did. It was largely politicized. In the case of america anyway. Huge political issues even down to the distribution of vaccines. I dont think im right, i can stand corrected and i admit defeat. Such as when the trump cases prived no voting fraud i admitted yeah i was wrong. While some cases existed i largely was wrong....until they reopened the investigations again. This is why alot of people's points on here i dont accept. They are biased an opinionated. My values might seem to lean one side. But i openly claimed if we were gonna run democrat this term anyway i wouldnt have picked biden. My issue isnt all dems its those radical ones and the ones who are power hungry and corrupt. My stancez are american as a whole. My stance is anti-leaning. I support gay rights but i dont support gay rights shoved done our throats. I think women deserve more opportunities, but i also think men deserve some as well. I consider myself to be neutral. Yes i support more Republican policies but only because they seem to have th best interests in america at this moment i feel. Maybe obama did great things in his term. But trump did some as well. Maybe its too early to jump the gun and say biden wont. But he has hurt this country so far, and that i wont ignore. Because if you can criticize one side then do them both.
