i was assuming this had to do with abnormal voter fraud stuff like that happens with every election, even local ones

Not saying it does XD again just saying he found it and is now in trouble. Which is understandable cuz he went through the trash to collect shredded documents from a election facility it doesnt necessarily mean it was ballots leading to fraud, just that its happening.
