To prevent a chaotic 3rd MO war, the citizens simultaneously agreed to open up the "Tournament Of Bower" once more. As this manor most conflicts will be resolved by the success of its champions. With holding the land once Amir had control over, he renamed it "3RMY's 3D3N". The land is truly independent with nothing to govern it, just by a pure sense of morality and outside proctection from the "MOSO Republic". Sadly his standings stretched himself too thin, as he became essentially the police of the world of "Mouroboros".
