i worked for a year somewhere with noone my age and have had only a few friends before and without online before you can't really meet new people right now

Well I mean of course not but before and after this that’s the course I’m going to take. Honestly I have the same luck everywhere so it doesn’t matter what I use. Might as do it irl so it’s free lmao.

I feel like I’m getting somewhat better with it, now that I have a bit of confidence. I just think it’s something that takes time. Sometimes it takes people a bit of time to feel comfortable with it and that’s a okay.

I had an OKCupid profile. It's just like any other dating website. They are all horrible. I went out on so many dates in college, I stopped dating for over year because of burnout. It was never worth the trouble. I actually had more success with the Playstation network than dating sites. I mean, MaiOtaku worked but I didn't come here for dating. I joined the site after discovering I was a fujiyoshi and just happened to meet someone on here I liked.

Yeah it definitely feels like that’s what they’re for, I went into it looking for a real connection when that’s not what they’re for lol. Talking to people IRL seems to be better for that.
