I wouldnt really think so as itys not one of the major shonens. but it is a very good one

I would recommend Somali and the Forest Spirit or Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun. I've also got a kick out of No Guns Life as well as Dorohedoro.

I don't believe it's, "mainstream," buy in any case I love the series, Ms. Vampire Who Lives in My Neighborhood (Tonari no Kyūketsuki-san)

I loved that one. Was really cute and it's actually in my top 20. Great show, imo.
