Yes and a few years ago there was also talk of splitting Cali up for that very reason. As in making 5-6 new states out of Cali.

Hawaii is probably the most liberal state. Why is that ridiculous? Electoral college votes are based off population. The higher the population the higher the electoral votes.

If the top 3 liberal cities are in one state its safe to say the entire state is liberal
