Now how should the police have handled it instead once he is walking toward his car?

Just because someone is immune to tasers doesnt mean you bump it up to guns. They have batons they have pepper spray. Less than lethal options, why did they immediately jump to guns?

tell me why each of those is a valid reason for a cop to execute someone
resisting arrest isn't a crime punishable by death
he was calmly walking away
he wasn't immune to tasers, tasers are one shot and it just hooked his clothes, the things misfire all the damn time
you haven't answered everything i posted, you just attempted to answer the resisting arrest and couldn't do it because guess what
its not punishable by death

ill answeer but i still want you to answer all of the things you kept bringing up like they were relivent
i would have unironically ran
you know why?
because then a man wouldn't be paralyzed and i had his fucking liscenseplate
i would have just left the situation, let him drive off, and arrest him later
its not a cops job to stop someone from fleeing and they already had guns drawn on him, so if he was reaching for a gun all they have to do is actually fire then
but he was most likely just trying to drive away, because he had his fucking fiancee and kids in the back seat, and everyone who knew him said he was a good guy

You know, when they say "protect and serve", I don't think most reasonable people think that ought to mean "Protect yourself and serve seven slugs to the spine of an unarmed man with his back turned to you". It speaks to - at best - an overwhelming degree of fragility on the parts of the police officers involved that they think that this was in any way a proportional or justified use of force.
I am thinking of the relevant case, right? Where the guy walking toward his car got shot in the back seven times?
I imagine his 'purpose in getting to the car' would probably have been to get away from the people who just tried to tase him, and thereafter shot him. There is no sufficient evidence to suggest that he was going to act aggressively with lethal intent. Police don't just get to try and murder people because they were too incompetent to apprehend them the usual way they apprehend people.

@hell_hound7 That would have been an amazing alternative. When I was asking for what the police should have done instead while he was walking to the car. Pepper Spray would have changed this entire altercation.

again, pepper spray is like tazers in that they arent very affective
pepper spray almost always has friendly fire issues
