Not sure if this is the right video. But basically the guy is armed. He even reaches for his gun but isnt shot. There was no threat in this situation but an opportunity for things to have went south

They spoke with the man without shooting him attempted to arrest the man without shooting him wrestled with the man on the floor without shooting him tasered the man without shooting him followed the man until he was almost within his car without shooting him only when he had access to what turned out to BE A WEAPON is when he was shot BEFORE he could turn around and stab a police officer.

All of those things you listed are valid Lamby, when you're at a scene you have to be aware of the individual you're dealing with. If he is capable of violating a warrant, fighting with cops, resisting arrest, is apparently immune to tasers and is walking to his car despite protest from the cops, at that point you have reason to believe he is capable of causing harm or has a purpose in getting to the car.
