:V :V :V :V :V :V :V :V :V Time for another chess variant with the community~ The movement rules are similar to a normal chess game, but there are a lot of new strange dynamics~ ○ Every piece is an atom bomb and a capture causes an "explosion" through which both pieces are removed from the board as well as all non-pawn pieces in the eight squares immediately surrounding the capture. The king cannot capture any piece as that would be suicide. ○ Atomic check can be a direct check like normal chess or indirect where you are threatening to capture an adjacent piece and cause an explosion. ○ A player wins by exploding the king of the opposite color without exploding their own king. This is usually done by capturing a piece on a square adjacent to the opposite king or putting a queen next to the king which results in a checkmate. Other than these, of course, anyone can play and the moment u play from a side, you will be registered as that color's team~ Of course, u might still be confused, just play along and eventually, u will get used to it :V Game 1 White: Me Black: @truffle
