How can you heal a broken heart?

If it's a recent heartbreak, then I would suggest to cry. Crying can be a drag but Uh it heals you too dedicate 30-60 mins of crying time everyday for maybe a week from now, where you focus on what you exactly feel and let it all out. Use only that time to cry, nothing outside it tell me later if it helps

If you know it's over with someone, delete all their pics and get rid of the stuff that creates memories. We have a huge tendency to cling on to these things and hope that something will change... so when we're feeling that pain of wanting him/her back, we look at that picture of them, or read those texts again. That's like hitting the reset button on our feelings.
