Give away your deepest darkest secrets to a complete online stranger. How can you trust someone so nonchalantly with just a simple reassurance of anonymity. My personal trust is gained over years. Not given away so freely. You think I'm a fool? That was a rhetorical question. Word to the wise. Don't trust people so free and willingly lest you want a probable nonzero bad outcome. I've always held therapy and psychologists in high regard. It is the reason I'm still alive and survived some dark periods. It's why I became a psychologist. Some things happened after I got my degree that shook my faith a little and today I got some news that might have put the final nail in the coffin for me: About a month ago I had an appointment with a psychologist. My doctor told me my health insurance would cover it. It doesn't. One 75 min conversation about why they can't help me cost me €241,76. So no help was offered at all and it cost me almost a month's worth of rent
