That was the comedic take. Now for the serious take. I don't know you personally, so my scores are ascertained through the limited information that I'm able to gather through your MO post @gabriel_true
My scale goes from 1 to 5.
1- Way below avg
2- Below avg
3- Avg
4- Above avg
5- Way above avg
Looks: 4/5 Above avg (My opinion is that your above avg looking)
Smarts: 3/5 avg (Online post are a poor measurement of someones IQ. As they're many underlying factors to the way someone writes online. Based solely on what anyone writes online. I can't accurately measure someones IQ . A proper IQ test needs to be performed to more accurately address how smart you are. As most people fall within +1 or -1 standard deviations from the mean. You are probably no exception to the statistical normality to the mean.)
Physical traits: 4/5 above avg (Physical traits and looks are essentially synonymous to each other. Why are two categories that are so similar within this assessment? Features such as nose, ears, ass, eyes, muscles, height, etc are all part of looks. Looks and physical traits are indistinguishable categories.)
Public personality traits: 2/5 below avg (Displays sympathy to random strangers. Though many people may find this appealing. I personally don't care for strangers. Which can lead me to sometimes making rude jokes and disregard people's feelings. This in return may clash with your probable attitude that of, "let's not offend anyone". )
Hidden personality traits: 3/5 avg (Without knowing you at a deep level. How would I know your hidden personality traits? I don't know. For a category, I can't form any sense of accuracy with null information. Thus, without being biased one way or another. I will state avg.)
Hobbies quantities & qualities: 4/5 above avg ( You seem to have a deep knowledge of anime. Which I can respect. It also seems that you like to cosplay. I neither like nor dislike cosplay. I am indifferent to cosplay. I would bumped you to a 5/5 if I saw any deep interest in engineering, math or science.)
Emotional maturity: 3/5 avg (Online post are insufficient knowledge for me to construct a somewhat accurate judgement on someones emotional maturity. As I've stated before. They're many underlying factors to the way someone writes online. I need to personally interact with someone for an extended period of time to form my own opinion on their emotional maturity. Therefore, without being scaled too much in either direction. I will also state avg.)
Goals: 4/5 above avg ( I don't know what your personal goals are. Much less if you've achieved them. You graded yourself 7/10 for goals, which is above avg. Since I have no information on your goals. I shall just take your word for this category. Grade you above avg.)
Personal skills: 3/5 avg ( What personal skills do you have? Because I don't know. I'm starting to sound like a broken record. But as I've stated before, I can't form any sense of accuracy with naught information. Without being biased one way or another. I will just state avg.)
Achievements: 4/5 above avg. (Goals and achievements are two very similar categories. I suppose one can make an argument that they are not equivalent. For example: if stranger A makes 100k/year. Person A could consider that an achievement. While at the same time Person A may not consider making 100k/year a personal goal. But achievements and goals are still too similar. Every goal is an achievement. But not every achievement is a goal. But I digress. My same thoughts goes with your achievements as did with your goals. I have no information on your achievements. Hence, I shall just take your word for this category. Grade you above avg.)
Avg score: 3.4/5 (Some repeated categories. Many unknowns for me to give any personal worthwhile opinion on your scores.)

Achievements is more of, goals you have accomplished.
Goals is more of, things you wish to do in the future.
So basically, achievements should be a percentage of what you desired for yourself, while goals, should be pretty high, unless you don't really want anything out of life and have no interest whatsoever on reaching the apex in anything, either traveling, knowledge, assets, etc

I can agree with what you said Aleph. Personally no one can truly know the other even if they lived with them their entire life.
Having tasted loss more than once I speak with authority on such matters.
Also, to put weight in another's perspective knowing they lacked the personal knowledge of oneself would indeed be foolish and a guaranteed disappointment.
I often get depressed when people rate me higher than I view myself because it places pressure at living up to a preconceived standard I wish not to let down and yet to be placed lower motivates me to prove them otherwise.
Still all human's even myself can be fickle in our judgement based on convenience or desire for self-fulfilment.
One can and should know themselves first before passing judgement.
Either way I had fun playing this game. As before I do sincerely appreciate being given this opportunity to learn. Also I know you are helping me to improve in your own way Aleph. Again I can't say enough that I thank you for your time. Be well and never stop growing yourself my friend!
