now to break rule #1 "you can't kill anyone directly using a wish" a huge genocide....erase existence of water ^^ kill a particular individual ...1) teleport individual to a helicopter at high altitude (yaay he/she gets to experience a free ride) 2) erase existence of helicopters (he/she gets to experience free fall too...soo lucky...and then splash )
