But if you are curious about the US, you really should ask. It seems you have some misinformation and I'm sure anyone here can give you better info than news or randos on social media.

Just to comment on sofia's comment about the landmarks and slaves. We have that part of our history literally spoken on in school. Places named after famed civil rights leaders. And actual holiday acknowledged by the government for an activist. We acknowledge our history. Maybe not the holocaust per say. Since that wasnt really OUR history, originally america didnt want to get involved in the world wars but only did because of japan.

Actually we do even acknowledge the holocaust they have a whole Museum in DC dedicated to it I remember going and it was really interesting they had replica internment camps to show what living conditions were like and a ton of other stuff at the end we even met a holocaust survivor who told her story I definitely recommend going

I am more interested on how the Greece/Cyprus/Egypt alliance is going to stand against t*rkey this year. The Greek PM said today that if t*rkey keeps threatening its sovereignty, they'll respond with arms. Remembering the t*rks claim internationally recognized Greek territories are theirs. True, military-wise Greece is inferior to t*rkey. But what gives them such bravado is their alliance with Egypt, a regional power. It is a bolstering alliance* no less. Trump was way too lenient with t*rkey. I hope Biden reverses this approach.
