I remember being really sick a few years ago and feeling the need to throw up. The problem was my gag reflex was backfiring on me or something and it seemed like the barf was being held back every time it came up. It was like really painful hiccups. Felt as if my chest was gonna explode, thought I was gonna die lmao. I think it stopped after about 2 minutes of hell and it ended up not coming out.
