It's pretty obvious that the ones that flirt with you don't read your profile pic. I had something similar happen to me in another site. I used a more feminine anime profile pic. I'm just glad I'm not getting nudes, back when I had Tumblr people would send me quite a bit of those One day i simply started sending them back other users pics as retaliation One of them, then, thought I was a trap, and I was like "dude, I don't even have pics of me here, why are you so fixated on seeing me as a pretty girl?"
