respect

this is not a topic bout what anime you like or you enjoy, but respect(i mean you most likely love it too), i mean seriously respect it! for me there is not even a handful that i really respect. here are the ones i respect: 1)Spice and Wold 2)Death Note 3)Macross Frontier 4)Valkyria Chronicles

Never thought much about it. Hmm. Here are my responses. 1) Mushishi 2) Spice and Wolf 3) Kaze no Yojimbo 4) The Wings of Honneamise Pretty much any serious anime can be in this category.

1) Captain Herlock, started the space piracy fad, and its a damn cool fad. 2) Macross/robotech, The earliest and most succesful conversion of a serious Animated show that reached the western world in the form of Robotech, without it I dont think we would have such big selection outside of japan. 3) Cutey honey, set off the magical girl genre, dont like it but i repsect it for it. 4) Urotsukidoji(legend of the overfiend), without it millions of deviants would still be forced to make their own schoolgirl snuff and be bothered with the troubles of rape, it opened the door for alot of "nasty" stuff to be allowed on the screen. Just my 2-cents...

hmmm...havent seen many i respect... but definately Death Note for it's story and Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z just because it inspired so many other anime series

Hmm not that these are my favs but i really respect what they did Shuffle totally went off the norm that most harem shows use. They didnt just go with the 1st girl and kept you guess until the last few eps. I respected that Amagami SS Tired of watching those harems and getten attached to a character only to be let down. No need to worry each girl gets her own arc that ends with her being chosen. Better yet is they made a 2nd season to expand on each girls endings. Code Geass Had the balls to kill some of the most popular characters in the series, and made me root for some of the good guys to die. Full metal Alchemist brotherhood the 1st series while being AO towards the end was still popular, but they remade this to be closer to the original manga. Boy was it awesome. clannad + AS not much to add. Gave 40 some eps + ovas of awesome story and gave a the true ending from the VN. thats all i can think of for now
