Hmm... Most sought after? That's a tough one. I think its better to find someone your compatible with then focuse on traits themselves. Some people still have the ability to grow and become complete. Reminds me of my friend's girlfriend from 8 years ago she dumped him because he was broke and now he found a girl who loves him for him and now he is making good money and is very successful in life while his ex is missing out on the man he became. I mean I can list traits but I feel someone who inspires you to become more than you are, who opens your mind to possibilities you didn't think of, someone who is willing to grow with you. Thats someone whose growth will allow you to grow personally and professionally. Just my thoughts

Probably being caring and pleasant. Believe it or not, thats rare as hell in my area.

I think most of the points were covered by an assortment of you. The last person I even thought about asking out was one of those rare ones who just exuded calm. Being around her was a joy, even if she was working on one thing and I another. The ability to make me laugh goes miles too. Only thing that likely goes further with me is being thought-provoking. As for the opposite end of the spectrum? Anyone who gets a "Pretty sure I just lost some brain cells from that" out of me. I have a fairly well-defined code of ethics, fairly honed sense of survival, and fairly strong opinions of people who clearly aren't anywhere near the same page I am.
