A 15yo Girl who's a Psicopat

Let's just say, there's a girl in my Country that's a Psicopat, that even she said to the police, she enjoy what she did and if you guys wondering what did she accually did, she killed a 5yo Girl (member of her family as far i know) and try to resurrect her, but failed after 5 day, and turn her self in at the Police any opinions?

First thing's first. That's horrible and I feel kinda sick, as it reminds me of that whole slenderman proxy thing. So I need to step away from my humanity for a moment and get to the psychological analysis angle. If she is indeed a psychopath or sociopath, then she's certainly a very low functioning one, that's for sure. I've researched enough serial killers to know what happens when you leave people like that to their own devices for long enough. A lot of them could be helped if you get to them soon enough. So I'm glad she turned herself in, as hopefully she could be treated before her cognitive dissidence gets any worse. But truth be told, would have to analyze her behavior more to figure out if it's that, or if it's something else. Seeing as how I have very little info to go on, I don't think I could say more. Either way, let's just hope that part of Indonesia where she was taken to has the facilities to psychologically evaluate her and get her the help she needs before letting her loose in society again. And if not, keep her closely monitored. And as an occult scholar, I must say, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE INFERNO NECROMANCY! Not only is it stupid to think you could bring them back exactly as they were before, but that isn't how real necromancy even works to begin with. Resurrections do not happen. Ever. (Incidences of divine intervention omitted.) No matter who the catalyst was, or what the condition of the body is, taking the shambles of a soul and attempting to stuff it in what's left of a body will not cause the body to reanimate. All it does is ground the spirit, and the real purpose of that is communication, not resurrection. Talk about irresponsible. (Side note, I don't practice magick, I merely research it, and no, real necromancy doesn't actually involve physical corpses all that much, I use to have one as a roommate, and never detected the smell of rotting corpses, only shadow people who got to be a real nuisance. That's the stuff you generally need to prepare yourself for when practicing necromancy. Not zombies, just ghosts and things that were never quite human to begin with.)
