Yea, the stimulus bill has a handful of goodies in it. The $1200 one is for anyone thats filled their taxes in the last 2(?) years and has made at least 2k(?), which most people that file, do. You can still file for small sums but not many people do. Anyways, yea, under 75k /yr is 1200, past that its -$100 for every $1000 over 75k. Majority will just get $1200.
