I honestly don't know. I google image searched it, but the links tell me nothing. A website on a Spanish forum thinks its Gurren Laggan. Highly doubt it though.

Problem is Charles, Lei was already a prize. We are running out of prizes, that can get people interested in. A seasonal tournaments is a great way to bring people back to fight. I've been in this tournament since round 2 season 1, and we are struggling for fighters to compete after all the good prizes were gone. The tournament actually might die, if we don't do this recycling of characters. Plus Ghost/Me (biggest fighters) have been cheaped out on the fight for Tal.
