Walk With Me!

Once heading back the way I came, I made time to walk another trail. This one was not as long and the end destination was far more immediate!

At the end of the road was an old dam once used to control the flow of the river for transporting goods down to an old mill. No longer required in this period, it has been left to fall into disrepair!

Metal Gears that have rusted together are all that are left of this mechanical marvel. Further beyond one will see where the river reaches the lake!

Epilogue: I accomplished alot today! Though I never thought I would come so far to get nowhere fast, I know the memories made will last a lifetime! What about you guys?
