Anyone near me (Tucson, AZ) who is into lifting? My last gf spotted for me, and I kinda miss the motivation.
What are your workout routines? I alternate between arm day (bench press, overhead press, curls) and leg/back day (squats, deadlift, pullups), and try to hit the gym 2-3 times a week.
I'm a little disappointed that Onegai Muscle was not in the list of animes. It's unironically one of my favorites. Anyone else here who enjoy it as well?

My routine is chest which is a warmup of diamond pushups. Go into bench press of 11 sets of 10 going from 125lbs up to 405 then back down adding/subtracting 50lbs each set. Incline bench press from 100lbs up to 300lbs in 7 sets. Declines doing the same as incline. Finally Flies until I hit muscle failure.
Then legs day which is 100 squats with 200lbs. Leg extensions going from 75lbs up to 215lbs in 7 sets. Laying hamstring extensions from 75lbs up to 125lbs. Then calf extensions on the stairs doing 100 without weights, then 50 with 50lbs and then another 50 with 100lbs.
Arms day is barbell curls 7 sets with from 60lbs up to 220lbs (150lbs and up are not done in great form). Preacher curls going from 40lbs up to 95lbs in 7 sets. Then concentration curls doing the same. Then tricep extensions going from 50lbs up to 140lbs in 5 sets. Finally doing hammer curls until my arm cramps up and forces my arm to curl up like a dead spider.
Then back day. Dead lift going from 100lbs up to 405lbs in 11 sets of 5 (I have a home gym and the bar is only rated for 400lbs). Rows from 50lbs up to 150lbs in 7 sets. Reverse grip bent over barbell rows from 50lbs to 250lbs in 7 sets. Pull ups from no weight to 75lbs strapped on in 7 sets. Shoulder presses from 80lbs up to 200lbs in 7 sets.
Then I rest for a day and start the routine over again. Preferred protein powder is two scoops of Carnivor mixed with milk. Offers a good 70 grams of protein in one go.
