Selfless sacrifice not for your sake, but for the sake of others. Feelings can fade, but an honest love does not.
Selfless sacrifice can be defined as this, anything that is for the BETTERMENT of others and anything not done with self interest involved. These things don't have to even be on a grand scale. If I give, I give of me.
Love is many things to many people, but above all it's not selfish.
I'm not saying true selfless love is fully attainable, but that's the hope to strive for.
Now, to just get over myself...
