oK my brainwashed ppl. I tell you one thing: to not masturbate is basicly useless. It does not gives you superpowers, it doesnt cure cancer and it doesnt change your mind. On the other site to masturbate can drop the risk of prostate cancer because the prostate, along with seminal vesicles, produces the seminal fluid, potassium, zinc, fructose and citric acid. These substances are concentrated 600-fold. I thought the whole point of no nut november was just some silly way to flex your superior ability to control your urges or something, which I mean yeah, as a man with a healthy sex drive it does take some willpower to force yourself to abstain from busting a nut for an entire month straight. But ultimately it's pointless and has no benefits, and there's other ways to build will power that actually have long term benefits. :u I do like no nut november as a meme though, I think it's silly to actually try to do participate in it though.

I just do Movember(No shave November aka Mo"ustache"vember.) That's moreso to do with raising awareness for men's health issues, like prostate cancer and mental health. THAT'S where the no nut November meme kind of stems from, albeit in a form that as above-mentioned is actually slightly counterintuitive to what the month is about.
