i need an admins help deleting a msg i cant read, pls help me!

So this user sent me a message on here, and due to their acount settings i think? im unable to click on the message or their name or anything related to it, to read, delete it etc. Basically i got that white nitification number on my message box on the toolbar that i cant get rid of becuz of this situation. can an admin please help me in deleting that message somehow if possible? or am i gonna have to just ignore it forever -_-...pretty sure the user is a bot/fake user too..

same things happened with me, i cant get into my dms either its just a bug that im afraid wer going to have to wait until its fixed im sorry for the inconvenience :s

well i kinda can,...but i have to go to a persons profile directly and click message to get there. Unfortunately this persons profile doesnt allow? other users to visit it? ive been able to manage with that work around for some time.

Can any of you with the error go to their browser console (F12) and tell me what errors there are when you try to click those messages?

ok, soo i cannot give you any errors for the message i was trying to get rid of due to it mysteriously vanishing (in my favor). however when i click the chat icon at the top of the site on the toolbar, and click on any message from the message list that drops down, i get the following error in the browser console ReferenceError: Chat is not defined[Learn More] clicking learn more takes me here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Errors/Not_defined?utm_source=mozilla&utm_medium=firefox-console-errors&utm_campaign=default basically says theres a non exsistent variable in the script somewhere that needs to be defined to make messages clickable again?
