Random cartoons you forgot about

Has there ever been a cartoon or tv show you remembered in the past and thought to yourself "Oh yeah, I forgot that existed." https://youtu.be/aVGzXn9MX5Y For me, it was a this really bizarre 80's cartoon called Rude Dog. I was about 14 just barely entering high school, and I was at a neighbor's house one day. They had this very VHS tape lumped in with a bunch of random VHS tapes which their son brought out, and even the subbed version of the Dragonball GT: Special with all of the Japanese commercials. I still remember the Japanese Mcdonalds commercial and how ridiculous and amazing it was. Anyways, yeah not to get off track, it had only the first episode, but Rude Dog was a very random kids show. I always thought it was amusing that a dog with a star shaped eye voiced by Rob Paulsen(I think one of his early voice roles) drove a pink cadillac. It was a pretty memorable cartoon character design and his name is in the title of the actual show. I don't remember exactly what really happened in the show however. All I can recall is that he had friends A.K.A the dweebs, there was a dog catcher after them for some random reason? That's pretty much it, To this day, I clearly remember reading the cover of the VHS tape. "Teaches Rude tricks for kids!" I thought that was funny at the time.
