Questions about loneliness

I am only wondering this because i do not know if i should seek help for it, I am constantly tired, I also have feelings of sadness and loneliness even though I am with friends. it feels like when i am at school or something that i am just faking everything and before school i feel so tired and do not want to go but I do anyway... is this depression?

oh yeah my old hobbies (playing games and well manga and anime is my "escape") just dont do anything and i feel kinda empty, i do not want to ask my family for help. I do not know why i do not want to ask them probably embarassed of it... I have tried finding new hobbies, but those rarely help....

I used to feel like this for a very long time. Loss of interest is a sign of depression. Talking to someone or even keeping a journal can be a start but it helped me to reach out to other people. Even if it wasn’t a therapist my best friend helped me to get into a more stable place. Only you know what is best for you. If you need to talk definitely don’t hesitate to reach out!

well i do not really know if it is a loss of interest, it is more like i do not get as happy when i do those things. or i do not want to do those things at all, i have been feeling like this for the past 2 months now and i am kinda bad at feelings and also socializing hence the awkwardness of this question and these messages...

No problem I'm not so great with socializing all the time either. I can relate, for me I used to love drawing but I started to not feel happy when I did it anymore. I used to just sit in my room all day and not talk to anyone avoiding all interactions with people. I eventually found writing was my real passion and I have been feeling much better ever sense. It is weird how finding something you love doing can help you not feel as empty as you might have before.

Yeah bro that's definitely depression you should see a therapist, it can get better its a good thing you recognized it early

Maybe spending more time with those friends can help you. That's part of what helped me get better. The more supportive people you can have around, the better experience you'll have.
