my girlfriend for 3 years left me because she stopped loving me a full year ago without telling me, meanwhile she still asked me to buy her stuff the entire time she knew she no longer loved me and knew I was in a bad financial situation she left me 2 months ago after I got into a car accident, I was at my absolute lowest and she chose then to leave me and she turned a couple of our friends against me because apparently it was my fault that she was stuck in a relationship she was unhappy with, despite never communicating to me that she was unhappy, and I'm the bad guy because I kept her in the relationship

I'm upset at myself for not pressing charges or going to the hospital the day that things went down because even if I was scarred forever, I'd at least be dealing with it in healthier ways than I probably am now.
