Some thoughts about character.

Ever heard the phrase "Character is who you are when no one is looking"? That came to mind after watching this video for me recently: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o-UQt690ppE And it's pretty damning if you see it in person. See you can't watch how a person is alone or inside their head. So a great way to measure that instead is how they handle themselves when they have that power over someone else. Like an employee, wait staff, when they win an argument, or when someone wrongs them and is sorry. How do you act when the social ramifications for being the asshole seem justified or that you won't suffer consequences for it? (Watch the video to get a better idea of what I mean) Have you ever seen this kind of behavior? What do you think of it? Have YOU ever let a little bit of power over someone get to your head and you were being disrespectful where it was not warranted?
