some small fanbased vocaloid con in vietnam was interresting even if it was small and it didn't cost any entry and they had a show. All in all was really cool :3 cool thing was I found out about it when I was there on summer vacation UwU

I mean the first time was Estonian con called Animatsuri, outside of country first one was Yukicon in Latvia.
