Alright bros. Went through some mental stuff, now going back to the gym (even with corona, I'm staying safe though and keeping everything clean.) after my sis. wedding i'll be able to take a stack of rad 140 and ligandrol while I lift to make big gains. Wish me luck friends!

Anyone have any tips? I'm wanting to go high protein low carb right now to burn the fat off quicker, but I have oh maybe 40lbs give or take to reach my goal weight.

I can assist with this. Chopped about 100lbs of fat off over the course of 3 years. I mostly do resistance training with weights and starting off slow and steady is the key. What you want to do is be able to work out every day for losing weight with resistance training. So starting off with a weight that you can do 3 sets of 10 reps is good for this, and for different exercises. When choosing a weight, it should be one that you can barely complete 3 sets of 10 per muscle. Steadily increase this over a period of time, add more exercises to the routine and eventually you will be able to pull 3 hour workouts in no time at all.
