@Talmerie I have to say I am impressed. If I ever tried a split like that I'd tear something I don't want torn. @Sparkles Right now, ORM for bench press is 445lbs/201kg. It used to be 565lbs back a few years ago, but that was with steroids and for the love of God do not use those. Squat is limited to 220lbs/100kg due to knee injury. Dead Lift hovers in at 210kg/460lbs. My back can handle more, but the knee is a bottleneck. Strict Curl is around 160lbs/72kg. @OhBabyATriple If you need any tips or help along the way I'd be more than happy to offer my assistance.

I see. Compared to you im nothing xD For me: Bench press: 110KGs Overhead press: 90KGs Deadlift: 175KGs Squat:120KGs

@Sparkie Do not worry, you have to figure out what works for you to increase the max. Sometimes it is diet, sometimes it is technique or how often you work out. Not going to lie and say it's easy, but more than possible to add a good 25%-50% on those numbers if not more.
