One night my uncle supposedly said "would anyone miss me if I was gone?" during a poker game, he overdosed on drugs the next day.

Every xmas my mom would take us kids to our dads and every xmas we would end up waiting at the police station waiting on our mom to pick us up... it kind of became a tradition from when i was 6 to when i was 13. it stopped when i was 13 because that was the year my dad pulled out a knife on my sister... after that we just stayed with my mom, but every now and then he would come by on the day of even though no one wanted him to. The next xmas so when i was 14 i walked in on my sister overdosing... Its a real sight to see your sister spasming out on the floor releasing her bowls screaming at the top of her lungs... Christmas has never been a good time of the year for me, and i think thats pretty fucked up since its supposed to be a time of joy
