Well tbh by responing to it or talking about it like this you're kinda feeding the troll. Only possible way that comes to mind so far....is to find out exactly which VPN that person uses. Good news, it's most likely a cheap or even free public one. In which case, should be a piece of cake for Seph to find it out and just tell the owners of VPN to deal with it. But....if it's not a cheap public one, we're kinda fucked lmao.
