Has anyone else ever just felt lost? Like what am i living for?

I feel like everyone goes through this phase in their lives. And I feel like when you're lost all you have to do is keep moving, it doesn't even matter which direction. If you need to wander then go for it and along the way hopefully you find a reason or a purpose, but for now. Just live. Off to work for me then xD

Activities like gym, yoga or just a simple walk can help. I noticed that I feel really good after I work out my body until it hurts (or maybe I'm just a masochist :P). Also when I have something productive to do like work, studies or cleaning my room because I can't see the floor anymore, I don't have time to think about the meaninglessness of life. It's not permanent solution because when doing it everyday I feel like a prisoner of routine but it can help from time to time when you feel lost. Sometimes it's better not to think too much because overthinking can be the worst enemy.

For me I love learning. I do a lot of things, just to learn more, experience more, etc. sry for short answer i'm hella tired and need food
