What do your locally-owned and operated pizzeria pizzas look like? Here are some of mine:
Bob's Brick Oven

Yes, I even made sourdough starter and kneaded my sourdough crust while making my own pizza sauce, hand-shredded NY White Cheddar and sent from my cousins in Vermont some Vermont pepperoni.
I don't take pics when I get pizza but it's good.
Well, I cook for hobby reasons and usually follow recipes. And that cause many others to constantly tell me I should start a cooking business.
"On ‘‘Food Network Star,’’ I got so tired of hearing people tell me that the reason they should have their own show is that they love food so much. Well, so freaking what? I love food. We all love food. If we don’t, we die. Even supermodels in New York secretly love food. That doesn’t make you special. And people who want to be stars often make the mistake of thinking that it does, and that if they can just show you how much they love it, they will somehow become compelling. This is not the case." -Alton Brown
When I discuss other subjects so well, people listening are similarly responding like "Well you could be a ____!"
Delicious pizza. My father loves BLT pizza and my big sister loves baked potato pizza.
I prefer meat. If there's a meat lover's on the menu. I will order it. Otherwise I just get pepperoni and sausage.
