Serene grace doubled the chance of move effects occuring. Imagine what it could do with air slash (30% flinch base), Thunder wave (100% paralysis effect, 25% base chance of enemy poke missing a move once paralysed plus halfed speed), built as a tank and with roost (half hp back in one move), as well as leftovers (a little hp vack each turn).

I've never been much of a competitive player, so I don't tend to focus on the stats and skills of pokemon. Probably why I was shocked at Aegislash's popularity when it came out. o.O... Also, props to Rayquaza and Deoxys https://media1.tenor.com/images/4b4630f5bfea6ffc7571f31bcdb3e51a/tenor.gif

I see, I see xD Over here, back in Scotland most the kids in my neogbourhood had a DS, so it started as fun duels, but soon got all tatical and sheet, haha >:D

I totally get you. Which is why I'll never join the competitive seen. I'm more of the player who games for fun. Or picks his pokemon b/c of the backstory or b/c they look cool. As a forth gen lover, my favorite is Infernape and it’s pre evolutions, I am naturally a fire type trainer, and infernape just hits every single YES!!!! Checkbox for me, I’m also a competitive breeder and have bred multiple Infernape over the years so whenever s new Pokémon game releases, I have a chimchar to trade right into my party with the egg moves heat wave and thunder punch, so when Infernape rolls around it also knows blast burn and close combat.
