this wasnt to change anyones mind, its a debate :P i disagree with the adoption thing because having a baby alters your body, your in constant discomfort for 9 entire months and you can die during child birth, even if its a small chance, it still happens not to mention when a woman gives birth shes a mess of hormones and can imprint on the baby. can you imagine how hard it would be to give up that child then?

So it would be a bad thing for the mother to actually care and grow attached to her child in the womb? And the after effects of child birth can be drastically reduced by living a healthy life style working out and eating a balanced diet.

its not a bad thing, its a positive thing if she truly wants the child, but it can be mentally taxing if she isn't in a position to take care of the child the people who are getting abortions are people from low income areas, and when abortion rates go up, incarceration rates go down, which implies that these children born to families that cant support them end up becoming criminals well ill answer your question with a question; will you only ever have sex for procreation, snake? the next time you have sex it'll be 100% because you want to bare a child?

@momoichi then tell me what stops them from adoption? Caring for that child? If you loved a child and knew it was best they had a different family and life, then why would you push it onto them to live in poverty? Yeah it's possible to take care of your child poor but it's hard. However as my mom says it's rewarding once it works out for the best. Loving someone means you would go to the ends of the earth for them. If you cannot do that then it's best to give up for adoption.

Is there an age limit on murder? If you sliced open an unconscious man's throat is that murder? So using sentience or self awareness as an excuse should be treated the same.

So tell me what counts as murder? Doesn't matter the reason you do it. Murder is murder after all be it morally right or bad or morally gray.

@solid_snake95 love doesnt put food on the table, it doesn't deliver money imagine if your a single mother, and you and your bf were having sex, and the condom broke and now your pregnant. your bf skips town, so now your a single mother. maybe you can get child support, but on his income it would be peanuts anyways. so you carry the child, and your uncomfortable 24/7, which is made worse because your job puts you on your feet, and your not getting enough sleep because your vomiting and have back pains as well ass feet pain. your doing all this alone. this isn't even the worst part. when the baby is delivered, you'll be out of work, and possibly fired depending the job. if you manage to keep your job, you now have to worry about who is going to watch the child while your gone, and having to pay that person as well as pay for diapers and food and clothing and toys. add onto that the fact that babies cry at night, so your getting even less sleep. and your job your on your feet constantly, so your beyond exhausted that will be your life for 18 years. i would never force a woman in that position to keep that baby because of my ideology.

Answer to the part where I said if you loved them then you would want them to have a better life. Adoption. Simple and easy.
