The police also had to protect these political leaders. Them storming the capitol accomplishes what? If they just waltz in and stand around, how does that change anything? They were there to intimidate those senate members, that was the whole reason for this. Would that not be terrorism in its own right? Again her being shot, very unfortunate. But most likely those who shot her werent police and probably those secret service agents. Who put those senators lives before their own. So the whole fear for life thing doesnt apply anyway.

show me proof that they had a reason to feel that there lives were in imminent danger so that couldn't use non lethal force? keep in mind these people are armored and have fire arms yeah this was terrorism, and they were even planning to take people hostage, but that still does not warrant death, and even if it did cops arent judge jury and executioner unless you can show me a pic of her holding or pointing a gun at a cop her death was police brutality

Holy crap bro yes no one has the right to take anyone's life. But at what point did you think it was gonna end? How worse did you think this would have gotten if they didnt make an example out of that one lady? Dont take my words as saying it was right but her being shot probably caused those who were going with the flow go "wow maybe they arent playing around" im telling you, if you werent there and at home like idk me, you would just be watching it on the news and not from the great heavens above.

I don't know all of the facts, but from what's available right now she climbed through a *Broken* window correct? Well if someone breaks into your home you have the right to defend yourself. You don't know their intentions, so the same thing would apply even more so considering it's the capitol lol. I mean, they're not coming in for a picnic...

no, legally and (arguably) morally you do have the right to take anothers life. I'm pretty sure in every state your allowed to kill someone if your life was in imitate danger so its fine to commit murder to set an example? you say that your not saying "it was right" and yet you continue to defend it why defend an act you don't agree with? an act that by definition of the law is illegal (a cop cant just kill you, there needs to be a reasonable expectation for his own life to be in danger, and i need proof that happened in this case because from what i saw she was completely unarmed with even 0 body armer) plus the 'make an example' didn't even work they still swarmed inside and some cops got selfies with the rioters so either the cops didn't do there job at all are used excess force

Stand your ground, probably doesnt apply here. But some rule probably does.

Again probably secret service or whatever and they moo ost likely have shoot to kill orders so yeah im gonna say they are allowed to do it. Again i dont think its right but then again if she wasnt there she wouldnt die.

so are you arguing that legally the act was ok but morally it wasn't? otherwise idk why you would defend something you don't agree was justified

I mean do you think a secret service agents going to take that risk? I mean your kind of a wild card if you breach a chamber with legislators in it. I mean it's not a peaceful protest, for all they know someone could be armed.
