How do you deal with Stalkers?

In what sense are they a stalker? If it's just online, ignore them. If its offline, you can get the police involved if you feel like your safety is at risk. Stalkers are never fun, never cute, never enviable, never a good thing and always creeps. The main thing is to think of your safety (and the safety of those around you).

That reminds me of old days! Tell them straight that you are uncomfortable and that you have no intetest in her (dont be rude though)! And yeah dont expect that to stop her.. you will probably have to continue saying that to her for a year lol

I mean, if she's only online, why not block and ignore? She sends texts? Block her number and or change yours. Social media? Block her and or change your account settings. I'm just trying to understand how shes unavoidable from your end.

Care? So, an unwanted advance online is caring? Not to mention, everyone needs advice on everything at some point. Gotta get varying opinions from the outside to truly know what the inside looks like. Weigh it all out, evaluate 'n such.
