Anyways, I am a longtime member, and have never really had much success on this sight when it comes to finding girls. The reason why? As you may notice, there are none who are active. The Ohio base fluctuates drastically from season to season, and few people ever find what they're looking for, so nothing keeps them here. Thus this turns out not to be a dating site, and more of an otaku facebook for regulars. Gentlemen? We can fix this. I've been to every corner of Ohio, and have met anime fans of all types around the state. So I know there's a market with which to bring in. 1: We need to figure out how to bring them in. 2: We need to figure out how to keep them here. 3: We need to eliminate the things that scare them away. So then: One personal rule I'll propose off the bat: ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Rule 0: Don't be a dick. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ What this means: Rule 0 is an important rule for any community. In the context of Humans vs Zombies (A game I play in Athens, Youngstown, and BG, Ohio), it means don't do anything that would make the game less fun for those around you. In the context of a dating site, we can interpret Rule 0 to mean "Don't be that guy." "That guy" is anyone who makes the experience for anyone using this sight worse, which in turn reflects on the community as a whole. You could be "That guy" regardless of gender. And breaking any of the following commandments qualifies you as "That Guy." ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ >Don't be too thirsty, be self aware of how you come off to others. >Don't send dick pics or ask for nudes, ESPECIALLY to under-aged users. >Don't catfish. >Don't harass people for any reason. >Don't fabricate false accusations. >Don't use machiavellian tactics to manipulate people for self serving reasons. >If the site rules say don't do it, that's emphasized in rule 0 as well. >JUST FUNCTION AS A HUMAN! Yeah I just act myself and well barely communicate with people but that’s besides the point. It’ll be hard to enforce the rules with everyone but they’re definitely good rules
