The right to bear arms is in the constitution. There should be zero exceptions. Including the mental because truly mentally challenged people can still operate a gun. I think you need to stop calling RACIST/BIGOTS/TRIGGERED/ANGRY people "mental" because it's giving the actual mentally challenged a bad name. The truth is, those people were depressed, jealous, angry or all of the above and deserves to be shot. FUCK THEM
