@Daggerfella I think I may definitely look into the oils you mentioned. I've actually taken a lot of the same steps like cutting out soda, switching to tea from coffee, quitting weed (though I never did a lot to begin with and the reason was more for employability reasons).

Average attention span is 5-20 minutes, so if yours is anywhere near that then you dont need to worry you are normal! If at all you feel like your attention span is getting worse, then avoid drugs/alcohol and most of all start meditation.
