Games You're Looking Forward To

I'm pretty sad to see Rockstar pulling the Bethesda move to milk a game for everything it's worth, but its no where near as bad. At least Rockstar can say they did Red Dead 2 following GTA5. You read comments on vids where people talk about how long it's taking to make ES6: Hammerfell and it gets depressing as hell. Some 67 year old guy that fell in love with the series saying he probably won't be alive to see it made. Bethesda is the worst.

bethesda will likely be getting their big triple a games out faster soon now that they are owned by microsoft and have more resources to work on their big games instead of having most of the company work on one game while small studios work on future games till the big game comes out and then they switch to working on the next big triple a title and i think elder scrolls 6 is the next one after starfall from bethesda and starfall i think comes out this winter

faster releases just tell me all i need to know. Basically cyberpunk 2077:dragonborn edition dragons clipping through building and trolls riding spiders. I also dont even think they have been working on another elder scrolls game since their big project so far has been that no man's sky clone.

Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores DLC And there's one thing that has me really hyped for it... It's NOT cross-gen, and will only be PS5. I'm expecting this DLC to really showcase what "next-gen" is, and for me, what that means is NOT taking a game built on last-gen tech and just brute forcing several rendering options with $2000 GPUs. I don't want a Honda Civic with $15000 of mods installed; I want a Mercedes or Audi. For example, Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart is a game that can not run on last-gen hardware, even if you could gut out the graphics options, due to the warping rift mechanic used in certain levels that's basically loading an entirely separate world simultaneously, allowing you to pass back and forth in real time. Final Fantasy 16 will be another example. Squenix said the game can't be released on the PS4 due to the way certain battles will be loading data in real time as you're playing to create seamless transitions (I'm guessing similar to Ratchet and Clank). I'm hoping some of the things in the Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores DLC that cut the gap with last-gen is the massive machine crashing through the HOLLYWOOD sign in the trailer happens in real time when you're playing https://mp1st.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/horizon-forbidden-west-dlc.webp

Haven’t posted it when I should have. Was excited for Jedi Survivor and got every achievement. Next is Grand Master Difficulty on New Game + just for the heck of it
