Whats scarier a gun or a knife?

Depends on the distance, if within arms length a knife is scarier. Longer range a gun is scarier. It takes too long for a gun to be fired close range you can disarm him/her easier, and long range knife I can run away

Actually having experience with both neither are scary, it is the person wielding and what he/she plans to do with it. ( Prior Army 12 years) Oh and a pistol or rifle can be fired at close range, even a bolt action rifle it does not take a long time to chamber a round, and disarming?!? Only if you really know what you are doing.............. There are knives that have a one shot capability as well as the blade being shot out of the grip. Again it all boild down to the person holding the weapon and the intent.
