what are your thoughts on the ending of darling in the franx

The last couple of episodes really dissappointed me and i thought this was gonna be another case of akame ga kill where the show is great initially but the ending is total garbage, however to my surprise it was great and really satisfying and almost brought me to the verge of tears.What did you all think about it?

Despite criticism here and there, I thoroughly enjoyed it until I reached episode 23, which was honestly just really weird. I think the final episode redeemed things a little bit, it wasn't a bad ending for an anime and left a lot open for our imagination. Personally, I really wanted things to end a bit different. ^^;
